(re)development of Paris-proof offices
Challenge:
SKAR BV is a partnership with the Entweder group (www.entweder.vc) and Square One. SKAR invests in existing distressed office spaces in university cities in the Netherlands, either independently or collaboratively. With the ambition to upgrade them to vibrant, Paris-proof offices and complement them with a new wooden office building from Hold (www.holdbuildings) on the same parcel.
