Challenge:
SKAR BV is a collaboration with the Entweder Group and Square One. SKAR invests in existing distressed office buildings in university cities in the Netherlands. Either independently or in collaboration. With the ambition to upgrade them to vibrant, Paris-proof offices and to add a new wooden office by Hold on the same plot.
